Honey Dijon Mustard Sauce with Broiled Chicken
Make a quick, economical and nutritious salad by simply shredding the meat and serving over mixed greens with your favorite dressing. Or, use any leftovers of this Honey Dijon Mustard Sauce with Broiled Chicken for a sandwich filling.
1/2 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (5 ounces each)
Combine salad dressing, mustard, lemon juice, honey, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a medium bowl; mix well with a fork.
Add chicken. Turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Preheat broiler. Spoon chicken and honey mustard mixture into a large rectangular baking dish.
Broil chicken 8 inches from heat, basting with honey mustard mixture occasionally, until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Honey Dijon Mustard Sauce with Broiled Chicken tip: To save a little measuring time, double the amount of honey mustard salad dressing and omit the Dijon mustard and honey from the recipe.
