These Turkey Spinach Burgers can be a budget stretcher if you use half ground beef and half ground turkey. To stretch the budget even further, add 1 cup bread crumbs and turn these burgers into hearty meatballs.
Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
16 oz ground turkey
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
6 English muffins, split
Directions

Squeeze or press excess water from spinach.

Combine spinach, turkey, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme and salt in a large bowl; mix well.

Form mixture into 6 patties. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, toast English muffins in oven or toaster. Serve burgers on English muffins with condiments such as ketchup and mustard.
