Its quick and cost-effective to make teriyaki sauce for this Salmon Teriyaki. Combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup dry sherry, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder in a bowl.
Ingredients
4 (8-ounce) salmon fillets
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp water
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking dish. Arrange salmon in baking dish.

Combine butter, water and teriyaki sauce in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave on HIGH until butter is melted, about 1 minute.

Pour teriyaki sauce mixture evenly over salmon in dish.

Bake until salmon flakes easily, about 12 minutes.
