Ingredients
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lb boneless pork roast
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine thyme, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, cumin, nutmeg, salt, cayenne and pepper in a small bowl.

Rub pork roast with vegetable oil. Rub seasoning mix into roast.

Place roast in a shallow roasting pan. Roast to an internal temperature of 155 F on a meat thermometer, about 1 hour, or about 30 minutes per pound.

Let pork roast stand in pan for 10 minutes before slicing.
